These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter. Players may also submit complaints to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only, and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 911jl with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
